Each year in Lostwithiel there is an advent shop window calendar, 25 local shops decorate their windows and each shop has their own day to open the window, this year revival is day 4. I wanted to show the surprise of Christmas on my childrens faces, so I decided to try to create Christmas exploding out of a present, with baubles, lights and crackers going every where, I then took a shot of my two girls in the dark looking down at a bright light, I managed to capture the shot and then have it printed A0 as the backdrop to the exploding present, the final result looks great.
